Houston-based OS Training has unveiled its own AI-powered learning platform, marking a significant shift in how it delivers educational content. The new platform, which integrates OS Training’s extensive course library with Scholé AI’s adaptive learning technology, aims to provide a more personalized and dynamic learning experience for its users.

Robbie Adair, CEO of OS Training, explained the rationale behind the platform’s development. "Our learners need tools that can adapt to their unique needs and backgrounds, and with Scholé AI, we can now offer a truly personalized learning experience that evolves with each individual," Adair said.

The new platform, dubbed "Odin Scholar" Training, marks OS Training's transition from its previous model of "Open Source" Training. The company has closed new membership sign-ups, but current members will continue to have access to the existing platform until the end of their subscription terms. Those interested in the new platform can subscribe now, with the option to try a sample lesson before committing.

Olé, the primary AI tutor, adapts to each learner’s performance in real-time, adjusting the difficulty and pacing of the lessons accordingly. This dynamic approach ensures that content is delivered in short, focused modules across various formats, including text, video, audio, and interactive elements. A browser extension is also available, providing just-in-time learning support as users engage with their daily work tools.

Mikall Angela Hill, Chief Creative Officer of OS Training, highlighted the user experience of the new platform. "The first thing you notice is how different it feels compared to traditional platforms. You engage in a conversation with Olé, and the lessons shape themselves around your needs, making the learning process more engaging and relevant," Hill said.

For organizations that sponsor training, the platform offers valuable metrics such as completion rates, mastery levels, and adoption rates. These insights help HR and L&D teams manage cohorts more effectively and ensure that the new skills are being applied in the workplace.

Scholé AI, the technology provider, was founded by PhD computer scientists Vinitra Swamy and Paola Mejia, who have dedicated over a decade to AI research in learning science. Their platform, which powers the new offering, uses adaptive learning and contextualized micro-lessons to address the gap between the AI software organizations buy and the skills their employees need to use it effectively.

The new platform is now available, with an initial group of courses from OS Training’s curriculum and Scholé’s AI agent tracks. Additional courses will be released on a rolling basis. Interested organizations and individual learners can explore the platform at https://ostraining.com.

OS Training has a rich history, having trained over 100,000 learners since its inception in 2008. Through a partnership with Scholé AI, the company is now positioned to deliver a more adaptive and personalized learning experience, tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
