Hotel Clark Opens in Downtown Los Angeles with 348 Rooms

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 29, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Hotel Clark, a 348-room lifestyle hotel, has soft opened in Downtown Los Angeles, marking a new chapter for the historic property and the surrounding neighborhood. The hotel, now welcoming guests, is part of a broader revitalization effort in the area, blending a strong sense of place with a modern, lifestyle-driven approach.

Set in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, Hotel Clark is designed for today's travelers, offering a dynamic mix of experiences. The 348-room property features over 11,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, along with multiple food and beverage destinations, including a lively lobby bar, sports bar and lounge, pool deck bar, and elevated dining concepts that serve as social hubs for both guests and locals alike. The hotel also includes amenities like a second-floor pool deck and on-site parking, all designed to make every visit feel distinctly Los Angeles.

The hotel's signature restaurant, Votana, is in its first look phase, with an official grand opening party scheduled for October 15. Led by Executive Chef Gio Koletty, Votana will bring Mediterranean-inspired California cuisine to the hotel, complemented by a curated wine selection and an innovative craft cocktail program.

Hotel Clark is managed by OTH Hotels Resorts, a hospitality management firm founded in 2019 in Williamsburg, Virginia. The leadership team, led by General Manager Adrienne Craig, oversees the hotel's operations and guest experience.

Adrienne Craig, General Manager, brings more than 25 years of experience leading luxury and lifestyle hotels, private membership clubs, and complex hospitality operations across major U.S. markets. Craig has held leadership roles at The Aster in Hollywood and other notable properties, known for her hands-on, culture-first leadership approach.

Donel Fernandes, Director of Operations, brings 11 years of hospitality experience across 12 hotels, 10 cities, and six brands. He previously served as General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Baltimore North and received a 2023 Manager of the Year award during his time with Spire Hospitality.

Samantha James, Director of Sales, brings a well-rounded hospitality background spanning restaurant operations, hotel food and beverage, and luxury hotel sales. James has held roles at Marina del Rey Hotel and The Langham Huntington, Pasadena, and began her career in high-end restaurant and private dining environments.

Christian Jacob, Director of Finance, brings more than 20 years of hospitality finance leadership across luxury resorts, full-service hotels, and multi-property portfolios. His background includes work with La Quinta Resort & Club and the executive team that opened the Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs in 2017.

Alvin Manzano, Director of Food & Beverage, brings more than 15 years of experience leading food and beverage operations across luxury hotels, restaurants, and hospitality brands. His career includes leadership positions with Marriott, Hilton Worldwide, InterContinental Hotels Group, Hyatt, ACCOR, and Mr. C Beverly Hills.

David Yurkin, Director of IT, brings more than five years of professional hospitality IT experience supporting Shore Hotel, Ocean View Hotel, and Santa Monica Hotel. Yurkin oversees the property's technology systems and operations, with a focus on infrastructure, systems integration, cybersecurity, and creating a reliable technology environment for both guests and staff.
