Homeland Uranium Confirms Significant Mineralization at Cross Bones Project

Homeland Uranium Corp. has announced significant results from a recent resampling program at its Cross Bones Uranium Project in northwestern Colorado. The company has confirmed the presence of uranium-vanadium mineralization in a previously unreported interval from historical hole SC-07-06B, which returned 15.5 meters (50.9 feet) of near-surface mineralization averaging 0.049% U3O8 and 0.135% V2O5 from 14.0 to 29.5 meters (45.9 to 96.8 feet).

This discovery is part of a broader verification program designed to validate historical data from BlueRock Resources' 2006-07 exploration program. The resampling of selected intervals from BlueRock's historical drill core has shown strong agreement with the original results. For instance, in hole SC-06-01B, a 1.1-meter interval returned 0.066% U₃O₈ from 160.0 to 161.1 meters (524.9 to 528.5 feet), compared to BlueRock's historical result of 0.047% U₃O₈ over 1.0 meters from 160.1 to 161.1 meters (525.1 to 528.5 feet).

Similarly, in hole SC-06-03, a 1.7-meter interval returned 0.035% U₃O₈ from 74.8 to 76.5 meters (245.4 to 251.0 feet), compared to BlueRock's historical result of 0.032% U₃O₈ over 1.8 meters from 75.0 to 76.8 meters (246.0 to 251.9 feet). In hole SC-06-02, a 4.7-meter interval returned 0.034% U₃O₈ from 18.6 to 23.3 meters (61.0 to 76.4 feet), matching BlueRock's historical result of 0.034% U₃O₈ over 4.8 meters from 18.6 to 23.5 meters (61.1 to 77.0 feet).

These results bolster Homeland's confidence in the Cross Bones Project and support the use of selected historical data in the company's ongoing exploration planning.

The Cross Bones Property, located in northwestern Colorado, hosts the Cross Bones Uranium Deposit, which is hosted within uranium-prospective Sega Sandstone units of the Mesa Verda Group stratigraphy. The property is comprised of 853 Bureau of Land Management mineral claims and three Colorado state leases over a strike length of 35 kilometers.

Homeland Uranium is focused on advancing the project through geological mapping, sampling, and drilling to validate historical results, confirm the continuity of mineralization, and provide the technical information required to evaluate the deposit under current NI 43-101 standards. The company plans to twin some of the historical drill holes in its upcoming 30-hole drill program, with Phase I consisting of 4-6 drill holes to test selected historical mineralized intervals.
