HMS Networks AB (publ), a market-leading provider of solutions in Industrial Information and Communication Technology (Industrial ICT), has appointed a Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting. The committee will prepare proposals for the upcoming AGM, covering the selection of the Chairman of the AGM, Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board, and auditors. Additionally, the committee will propose fees for the Board of Directors and auditors and remuneration for committee work.
The Nomination Committee for HMS Networks AB (publ) consists of the following members: - Helene Mellquist, from Investment AB Latour, serving as the Chairman - Sophie Larsén, from AMF Fonder - Patrik Jönsson, from SEB Investment Management AB - Staffan Dahlström, a private shareholding - Charlotte Brogren, the current Chairman of the Board
Together, the four owner representatives in the Nomination Committee hold 51 percent of the votes of all shares in the company, based on ownership as of August 31, 2026. The proposals for members of the Board of Directors will be presented in the notice convening the AGM, scheduled for April 20, 2027, and will also be available on the company’s website.
Proposals must be submitted no later than January 8, 2027.
