VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Sept. 16, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Hi-View Resources Inc., a publicly listed mineral exploration company, has expanded its land position in the Toodoggone Gold & Copper District of northern British Columbia by acquiring the Jim Property. The acquisition, made from an arm's length vendor, brings the company closer to key projects in the region, including Thesis Gold & Silver's northern land package and Evergold Corp.'s Golden Lion project.

The Jim Property, contiguous to Thesis Gold & Silver's land, is notable for a gossanous zone visible at the surface. This geological feature, according to R Nick Horsley, the company's CEO, could indicate the presence of hidden sulphide mineralization at depth, possibly associated with a copper porphyry system. Horsley expressed optimism, stating, "This acquisition further adds to our existing land position in the Toodoggone district. We believe the gossanous zone could be a valuable target for exploration."

The property hosts the historic 'JM' showing, first documented in 1988. Malachite staining, associated with chalcopyrite, has been noted throughout the area, lining fracture planes and associated with quartz and calcite stringers within narrow shears. This combination of copper sulphides and oxides, along with gold and silver values localized in fractures, shears, and quartz-calcite veining, suggests an epithermal hydrothermal system.

The terms of the agreement include the issuance of 100,000 common shares, a $5,000 cash payment, and a 2% net smelter returns royalty (NSR) on the property, with the company having the right to buy back 1% for $1,000,000. The technical content of the news release was reviewed and approved by Nader Mostaghimi, M.Sc., P.Geo., the company's Vice President of Exploration and a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

Hi-View Resources Inc. is advancing a portfolio of gold, silver, and copper assets in the Toodoggone region, covering more than 27,910 hectares. The company's flagship projects include the Golden Stranger Project, the Lawyers claims, and the Borealis Project, all designated as high-priority targets. Additional properties under option include Saunders, Black Pearl, Oxide Summit, Nub, Ursus, Garnet, and Harmon Peak, with an additional 1,300 hectares currently under mineral claim application.
