Hercules Metals Grants 6.65 Million Stock Options

Hercules Metals Corp., a company focused on developing America's newest porphyry copper district in Idaho, has announced the granting of 6,650,000 incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees, and consultants. The options, granted on September 16, 2026, are part of the company's omnibus incentive plan, which was approved by shareholders on July 15, 2022.

The options were issued to compensate for the cancellation of an aggregate of 20,500,000 stock options previously granted under the same plan. According to the press release, the cancellation was announced on September 14, 2026. The new options are exercisable for a period of five years at an exercise price of $1.31 per common share of the company. They will vest in three equal installments over a period of 24 months, with 1/3 vesting immediately, 1/3 vesting on the first anniversary of the grant date, and the remaining 1/3 vesting on the second anniversary.

Hercules Metals Corp. is currently developing the 100% owned Hercules Project, located northwest of Cambridge, which hosts the newly discovered Leviathan porphyry copper system. The company is well-positioned for growth through continued drilling, supported by a strategic investment from Barrick Mining Corporation. The granting of these options is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
