Helio Corporation, a developer of advanced space-based solar power technology, is embarking on a three-city roadshow across Austin, Houston, and Phoenix from September 15 to 17, 2026. The initiative aims to provide investors in the Southwest region a comprehensive overview of the company's recent advancements and growth.
The roadshow will kick off in Austin, known for its robust technology and venture capital ecosystem. Austin's unique blend of technical talent and capital market sophistication makes it a prime location for Helio to engage with a sophisticated investor base. The tour will then move to Houston, home to NASA's Johnson Space Center, where the company will connect with a concentrated community of aerospace, energy, and engineering experts. The journey will conclude in Phoenix and Scottsdale, where Helio will interact with a growing pool of investors eager to back advanced industrial and aerospace technologies.
Over the past year, Helio has made significant strides in executing its long-term strategy. The company has expanded its participation in lunar missions to five, advanced residential and industrial demonstrations of its space-based solar power technology, reduced outstanding debt by over two-thirds, increased patent filings, and secured a $12 million contract pipeline. Management will provide a detailed update on these areas and other recent developments during the roadshow.
To enhance the investor engagement, Helio will host a series of luncheons and dinners in each city. In Austin, a midday luncheon will gather approximately 25-30 investors, followed by an evening dinner with around 30-40 attendees. In Houston, the schedule includes a midday luncheon with 20-25 investors and an evening dinner for 25-30 investors. In Phoenix and Scottsdale, a midday luncheon will host 15-20 investors, and an evening dinner will welcome 20-30 participants. Members of Helio's executive and technical leadership team, including CEO Ed Cabrera and CTO Greg Delory, will be present at all events.
Ed Cabrera, CEO of Helio Corporation, emphasized the significance of the roadshow, stating, "Bringing this roadshow to Austin, Houston, Phoenix, and Scottsdale allows us to connect with some of the most dynamic investor communities in the Southwest. The deep roots of Houston in space and energy combined with the growth and innovation driving Austin, Phoenix, and Scottsdale make this an ideal region to share our story and our momentum."
Cabrera highlighted the company's commitment to transparent communication with its investor community. He added, "Direct engagement with investors and shareholders remains essential to building long-term value. The roadshow offers an opportunity to discuss the trends shaping the space economy, share our latest developments, and reinforce our dedication to open, ongoing shareholder communication."
The roadshow will provide investors with a unique opportunity to explore the future of the space economy through both engineering and capital markets perspectives. This comprehensive approach is informed by Ed Cabrera's more than 40 years of Wall Street experience and Greg Delory's leadership roles in NASA's Lunar Science Institute and the LADEE lunar mission at the NASA Ames Research Center.
