HearUSA Expands Portfolio with New Signia Pure C&G MaX Hearing Aids
HearUSA, a leading provider of hearing health solutions, has expanded its nationwide portfolio with the introduction of the new Signia Pure C&G MaX hearing aids. These advanced devices leverage the latest in artificial intelligence to enhance the listening experience for those with hearing impairments.
According to a press release, the Signia Pure C&G MaX hearing aids are now available at HearUSA centers across the country. The new devices are built on the Signia Multi-adaptive Xperience (MaX) platform, which uses Acoustic Intelligence™ to process multiple aspects of sound simultaneously, including speech, noise, environmental conditions, and the wearer's own voice.
"Hearing technology is advancing rapidly, particularly in how AI can help people navigate complex listening environments," said Oliver Asmar, President of HearUSA. "Our commitment is to ensure that our patients have access to the most innovative and advanced hearing aid solutions as they reach the market. The addition of Signia Pure C&G MaX to our portfolio is a significant step in providing our patients with the latest in AI-powered hearing technology."
At the heart of the Signia MaX platform is Acoustic Intelligence™, a system that continuously analyzes multiple dimensions of sound. This is achieved through four task-specific Deep Neural Networks (DNNs): Speech Detection, Own Voice Detection, Scene Analysis, and Noise Processing. These networks work together to adapt to the complete listening environment in real time, enhancing conversations, recognizing the wearer's own voice, and managing noise more intelligently.
The Signia Pure C&G MaX receiver-in-canal hearing aid is available in eight color options, catering to a range of lifestyles. It comes with a portable charger that can store up to four full charges, providing a full charge in just four hours and delivering up to six hours of runtime from just 30 minutes of charging. Additionally, the device features Signia OneConnect Technology, supporting Bluetooth® Classic, LE Audio, Telecoil, and Auracast™ connectivity, making it easier for users to connect with various devices.
In a comparative study, 97% of wearers performed better with Signia MaX in noisy group conversations compared to key competitors. This advancement is designed to help patients stay engaged in various noisy, dynamic everyday situations, such as busy restaurants, family gatherings, and group conversations.
"Hearing technology is not just about the hardware," Asmar noted. "It's about the expertise and support of our hearing care professionals. By pairing innovations like Signia Pure C&G MaX with our expertise, we can help patients identify the solution that best fits their individual hearing needs, lifestyle, and listening environments."
