Headwater Gold Inc. Approves Annual General Meeting Resolutions

Vancouver, British Columbia, Headwater Gold Inc. (CSE: HWG, OTCQX: HWAUF) announced the successful completion of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 3, 2026. All proposed business items were approved by the shareholders.
During the AGM, all five director nominees put forward by the Board of Directors were elected. Shareholders also endorsed the appointment of Davidson & Company LLP as the Company’s auditor for the coming year and the approval of the long-term incentive plan.
President and CEO Caleb Stroup expressed gratitude to outgoing director Graeme Currie for his significant contributions. “On behalf of the Board and management, I would like to extend our deepest thanks to Graeme for his many contributions to Headwater and the unique experience and perspective he has brought to the Board. Working with him has been a pleasure, and we wish him all the best in his retirement,” Stroup said.
Post-meeting, the Board of Directors made several key executive appointments to enhance the company’s leadership structure: - Alistair Waddell was appointed as Executive Chairman of the Board. - Caleb Stroup retained his roles as Chief Executive Officer and President. - David Cross was named Chief Financial Officer. - Joshua Carron was appointed Vice President, Exploration. - Sandra Wong was designated as Corporate Secretary.
Additionally, the Audit Committee was restructured with the following appointments: - Tero Kosonen, who will serve as Chair. - Fraser MacCorquodale. - Wendell Zerb.
