Haute Retreats has officially opened its winter 2026-27 portfolio, offering luxury accommodations in sun markets and alpine regions. The company, known for its fully staffed estates, has expanded its offerings to cater to the diverse preferences of its clientele.

For the first time, the winter season will begin in September, marking a shift from the traditional October start. According to Sabrina Piccinin, the Founder and CEO of Haute Retreats, this change is driven by increased search demand for alpine chalets, which is now peaking in September.

The winter portfolio includes two sun markets: Turks & Caicos and Los Cabos. Turks & Caicos, ranked second on Haute Retreats' 2026 Billionaire Villa Index, offers more than 160 handpicked villas across Grace Bay, Leeward, Turtle Tail, and Long Bay. Los Cabos, ranked sixth, features a collection of fully staffed estates in five enclaves, including Palmilla, Pedregal, and the Tourist Corridor. High season in Los Cabos runs from December to April, with daytime temperatures between 75 and 82°F and the grey-whale migration passing offshore.

The alpine side of the portfolio spans the French and Swiss Alps, with catered chalets in Courchevel, Val d'Isère, Méribel, Verbier, and Zermatt. These properties, which are built for extended stays, offer amenities such as spas, cinema rooms, and wine caves. The company advises that peak alpine weeks require twelve to eighteen months' notice.

Haute Retreats operates on a consistent standard across both climates. Each property is staffed with a private chef, a household team, and a 24/7 concierge.

The company's search data indicates a significant increase in demand for its chalet services, with traffic to the chalet pages rising fivefold month over month. This trend suggests that the decision-making process for winter vacations is now beginning earlier, with families planning their trips in September.

Haute Retreats, founded in 2016, represents more than 2,400 fully staffed private estates across 83-plus destinations worldwide. The company offers a range of services, including private chefs, villa managers, drivers, yacht arrangements, and bespoke experiences. It is ASTA-accredited, a three-time Luxury Lifestyle Awards Winner, and a 2026 Condé Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Nominee. Haute Retreats holds a 5.0 rating on Trustpilot and 80% of its guest families return for repeat stays.
