Harbermetal to Showcase MIM Components at PM CHINA 2027

Harbermetal will also showcase two newly installed imported Shimadzu sintering furnaces from Japan. These furnaces have significantly expanded the company's capacity to handle larger orders and accelerated delivery times, reducing lead times from 35 days to 25 days.
The company's booth will feature a full portfolio of custom powder metallurgy and MIM sintered parts, including stainless steel MIM grades such as 316L, 17-4PH, and 440C, iron-base alloys, sintered bronze, titanium alloys, Kovar, and Invar components. Harbermetal will also provide real finished MIM samples from completed industrial projects, including high-wear lock sliding latches, power tool micro ratchet gears, miniature sensor hardware, and other complex near-net-shape sintered metal parts.
Harbermetal's manufacturing capabilities are supported by a complete in-house workflow, covering feedstock compounding, mold design and fabrication, metal injection molding, debinding, vacuum sintering, heat treatment, secondary CNC sizing, and diversified surface finishing. The company's engineering team provides early-stage Design for Manufacturability (DFM) evaluation, helping global customers avoid common MIM manufacturing risks before mold investment.
