The grooming brand, which currently operates more than 75 locations nationwide, has appointed Kelly Daniels as Senior Vice President of Operations, Jim Graham as Vice President of Field Operations, and Mary Wehrer as Vice President of Marketing.
Daniels, who brings 11 years of experience scaling organizations and driving operational efficiency, will oversee operations with a focus on strengthening systems, processes, and execution across the growing Hammer & Nails network. She holds a degree in Organizational Communication and a Master of Business Administration.
Graham, with more than 15 years of operations and strategy experience working with multi-brand and franchise organizations, will work closely with franchisees and cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and develop scalable systems that support long-term growth. His appointment comes as Hammer & Nails continues to expand its national footprint.
Wehrer, most recently serving as Vice President of Marketing for Floyd's 99 Barbershops, where she built the marketing infrastructure that supported the brand's growth from approximately 35 to more than 175 locations nationwide, will lead brand strategy, customer acquisition and retention, digital growth, franchise marketing, and local marketing initiatives. Earlier in her career, Wehrer served as International Director of Sales at Revlon Corporation, helping grow the American Crew brand across 27 international markets.
Founded in 2013 in West Hollywood, California, Hammer & Nails was created to challenge traditional perceptions around men's grooming and self-care. The brand added full barbering services in 2018 and today operates more than 70 locations nationwide, offering haircuts, shaves, skincare, waxing, and nail care in its signature upscale environment.
