BERLIN, Haier, the world's leading brand in major home appliances for 17 consecutive years, unveiled its AI-powered smart home ecosystem at IFA 2026, showcasing a range of connected products designed to adapt to users' daily needs. The company demonstrated how its appliances could transform into an intelligent, cohesive home environment that learns from user habits to optimize performance.

At the event, visitors could see how Haier's latest technologies integrate seamlessly to enhance the home experience. The Vision 15 washing machine, for instance, uses advanced AI to automatically adjust settings based on factors like load size and balance. Similarly, the Maestro refrigerator’s AI Food Care System 2.0 recognizes stored items and suggests optimal storage conditions to extend their freshness. In the kitchen, the ID Ultimate Series 6 oven employs AI to monitor cooking progress and ensure the desired result is achieved.

Haier's Smart TVs also showcased real-time adaptability, with the UltraSense AI analyzing content and ambient conditions to optimize picture and sound quality. These innovations are part of Haier's broader strategy to create an interconnected smart home ecosystem that extends beyond traditional appliances.

Haier’s hOn app serves as a central hub, bringing together connected products and services. This unified platform ensures that devices work seamlessly around daily routines, turning smart technology into practical benefits for users. According to Euromonitor International, Haier was recognized as the world's top smart home enterprise in 2025, with over 130 million registered users and 86.1 billion smart scene interactions.

Haier also highlighted its advancements in embodied AI, featuring humanoid robots that interact with household appliances and robotic cleaning systems designed to recognize different types of dirt. The company's Exoskeleton showcased how AI could support human mobility, adjusting assistance in real time to each user’s needs.

Haier’s technology portfolio is supported by its "10+N" open innovation system, which connects global research with local user insights. The company has maintained its leadership in smart home innovation, topping IPRdaily's global smart home invention patent list for the 15th consecutive time in the first half of 2026. Looking ahead, Haier plans to invest at least 13 billion euros over the next five years, focusing on foundational technologies like artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and IoT security to drive its AI-native transformation.

Haier's presence at IFA also underscores its global sports partnerships under the "Play with the Number Ones" concept, aligning the brand with excellence in sports to highlight its commitment to innovation and superior user experiences worldwide.
