GURU Organic Energy Corp., a leading organic energy drink brand in Canada, reported record net revenue for the third quarter, reaching $11.5 million, marking a 10.3% increase from the same period last year. This achievement is the highest quarterly net revenue in the company’s history, excluding a one-time adjustment linked to the termination of the Canadian exclusive distribution agreement in Q3 2025.

In the U.S., the company saw a significant boost in revenue, up 59.8% to $2.8 million, largely driven by a nationwide listing at a leading U.S. natural retailer that started at the end of June 2026. The Canadian market showed more modest growth, with net revenue essentially stable at $8.7 million, despite the absence of the one-time adjustment. This stability reflects the company’s direct distribution model and strengthened relationships with retailers, particularly in grocery, convenience, and wholesale club channels.

GURU’s gross margin for the quarter was 61.9%, down from 71.3% in Q3 2025, primarily due to higher trade investments and a shift in client mix. Notably, the company’s adjusted EBITDA for the quarter stood at $0.9 million, and net income reached $0.5 million, or $0.02 per share. These results indicate three consecutive trailing-twelve-month periods of positive Adjusted EBITDA, with trailing-twelve-month net revenue of approximately $39.0 million, up about 23% from the previous year.

The company’s strong financial position is further highlighted by its cash reserves. As of the end of Q3 2026, GURU held $25.6 million in cash and short-term investments, with no long-term debt and an additional $10.0 million in undrawn credit facilities, totaling $35.6 million in available liquidity.

In the United States, the company has made significant strides in expanding its distribution. A nationwide listing at a major U.S. natural retailer has bolstered its presence, and during Amazon Prime Day, GURU saw a 17% increase in dollar sales in Canada and a 14% increase in the U.S. GURU also ranked #1 in the Sports Energy Drinks category on Amazon Canada on the opening day of the event.

Looking ahead, GURU is optimistic about its prospects. The company has initiated in-market activations for its new GURU Zero Tropical Sorbet and held its first-ever GURU Hydration Week from July 27 to August 2, 2026. These efforts are expected to significantly impact the fourth quarter results. GURU plans to focus on maturing new client listings, maintaining price discipline, and selectively investing in high-return channels.

Overall, GURU’s third quarter results underscore the company’s resilience and growth trajectory, positioning it well for the remainder of the fiscal year.
