The Moonachie site is designed to support partners outside the region, providing local operational support in the New York and New Jersey market. Guardian Data now serves more than 400 customers and processes over 3 million assets annually. The company has doubled its New Jersey processing capacity with this move, positioning itself to handle increased demand and meet the evolving needs of its customer base.
Guardian Data's proprietary Sentri™ platform, which connects people, processes, and project information from quote to completion, is a key component of the company's operational strategy. This month, the company launched the Sentri field app, which ensures consistent execution by Guardian field technicians and tracks assets in transit using pallet-level GPS. A partner portal will be rolled out in the fourth quarter, providing greater visibility into work in progress.
