Grid Metals Engages ICP for Automated Market Making Services

Grid Metals Corp., a mineral exploration company based in Manitoba, has entered into a strategic partnership with ICP Securities Inc. to enhance liquidity in its share market. The agreement, signed on September 11, 2026, will see ICP provide automated market making services, leveraging its proprietary algorithm, ICP Premium®. This initiative aims to correct temporary imbalances in the supply and demand of Grid Metals' shares.

Under the terms of the agreement, ICP will receive a monthly fee of CAD 7,500, payable from Grid's available cash reserves. The initial term of the agreement is four months, starting from the date of signing. It will automatically renew for one-month terms unless either party provides written notice 30 days prior to the end of the current term. No performance factors or stock options are included in the agreement.

Grid Metals Corp. holds significant mineral rights across various properties in Manitoba, including the Falcon West Property, which is the focus of current exploration efforts. The property is known for its potential cesium discovery and is subject to a joint venture agreement with Avenir Minerals, which has a 15% interest. Additionally, the company is exploring other properties such as the Makwa Property, which is subject to an option and joint venture agreement with Teck Resources Limited, and the Mayville Property, which is owned subject to a minority interest.

ICP Securities Inc., a Toronto-based CIRO dealer-member, specializes in automated market making and liquidity provision. Established in 2023, ICP has developed its proprietary market making algorithm, ICP Premium®, to enhance liquidity and quote health. The company's services are designed to support public issuers and institutional investors, providing high-quality liquidity and execution services.

The engagement of ICP is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. Grid Metals Corp. continues to focus on its exploration and development plans, particularly on the Falcon West Property, where the Lucy South pegmatite is the primary area of current exploration efforts. The company maintains an exploration agreement with the Sagkeeng First Nation, ensuring ongoing community relationships.

Grid Metals Corp. is one of the largest mineral rights holders in Manitoba, with over 250,000 hectares of registered mineral claims and exploration licenses. The company's exploration efforts are driven by the potential for establishing a producing cesium operation, with the Falcon West Property being a key focus area. Other properties, such as the Makwa and Mayville Properties, also hold significant mineral resources, including nickel, copper, and palladium.
