Greenhouse Treatment Center Boosts Leadership Team with New Medical and Clinical Directors

The organization has appointed Dr. James C. Montgomery and Dr. Bih Bikelle as medical directors, and Greg Powers as Executive Director.

Dr. James C. Montgomery, with over 40 years of medical experience, brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Medical Director. Montgomery has practiced psychiatry and addiction medicine for more than three decades and has served patients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 1995. He has held leadership positions in various residential treatment and behavioral healthcare settings and has contributed to the education of healthcare professionals on ethics, professional boundaries, physician wellness, and recovery. Montgomery co-authored a book with Dr.

Dr. Bih Bikelle joins the leadership team as Associate Medical Director. With over 13 years of experience treating children, adolescents, and adults, Bikelle specializes in treating individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. She completed her residency at the University of Nevada School of Medicine and has served as a medical director in community behavioral health settings. Bikelle is a member of the North Texas Psychiatric Society and the American Society of Addiction Medicine, and she is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Greg Powers, the new Executive Director, has spent decades working to improve access to addiction treatment in the local behavioral health community. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor, Powers has led treatment campuses, guided organizations through Joint Commission and CARF accreditation, and expanded evidence-based and trauma-informed programming. His work has focused on helping individuals and families move from crisis toward recovery while ensuring that patients are treated with dignity.
