Polovetsky joins the firm from Duane Morris, bringing with her over two decades of experience in eminent domain, real estate litigation, and complex property transactions.
Polovetsky’s extensive background includes representing property owners, developers, utilities, telecommunications companies, municipalities, and other clients in condemnation proceedings and a broad range of commercial and multifamily real estate matters. Her notable experience includes advising the seller in a significant transaction where the New York City acquired 14 Bronx properties for approximately $122 million, to be converted into permanent affordable and supportive housing. Additionally, she has handled the sale of property to New York City for supportive housing, valued at approximately $74 million.
