Greenberg Traurig Adds Eminent Domain Expert Jennifer Polovetsky

Her notable experience includes advising the seller in a significant transaction where the New York City acquired 14 Bronx properties for approximately $122 million, to be converted into permanent affordable and supportive housing. Additionally, she has handled the sale of property to New York City for supportive housing, valued at approximately $74 million.
