Green Circle Decarbonize Technology Limited, a Cayman Islands holding company operating through its Hong Kong subsidiary, Boca International Limited, specializes in advanced energy-saving solutions supported by proprietary phase change thermal energy storage materials and thermal engineering services. The company’s primary goal is to provide customized energy-saving solutions to its clients.

Through this strategic partnership, Green Circle Decarbonize Technology Limited will benefit from SANVO’s materials manufacturing expertise, while SANVO will gain access to Green Circle’s innovative technology and global market presence. The initial term of the partnership agreement is three years, with automatic three-year extensions unless terminated with prior written notice.
