Rouyn Noranda, Quebec, September 2, 2026, Granada Gold Mine, a publicly traded company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (GGM), the OTC (GBBFF), and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (B6D), announced on September 2, 2026, that it has entered into a Digital Marketing Services Agreement with Senergy Communications Capital Inc., a Vancouver-based communications and media marketing firm.

Under the agreement, Senergy will provide a range of services including content creation, strategic messaging, and corporate communications. These services aim to enhance the company's market visibility, attract new investors, and strengthen shareholder engagement. Senergy's expertise in investor awareness and shareholder engagement will be crucial as Granada Gold Mine continues its exploration and development efforts.

The agreement is set to run for one month, with Granada Gold Mine paying Senergy a total of $50,000. The payment is contingent upon approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.

Granada Gold Mine continues to develop and explore its 100% owned Granada Gold Property, located near Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. The property is adjacent to the prolific Cadillac Break and covers an area of 14.73 square kilometers. Granada Gold Mine is currently advancing the Granada Gold Project through an updated mineral resource estimate and preliminary economic assessment, with plans to commence drilling to target both lateral extensions and depth expansion of the existing mineral resource.

Historical data from the property reveals the presence of up to twenty-two mineralized structures trending east-west over five and a half kilometers. Three of these structures were mined from four shafts and three open pits, with historical underground grades ranging from 8 to 10 grams per tonne gold. Open pit grades from the same shafts ranged from 3.5 to 5 grams per tonne gold. The property includes the former Granada Gold underground mine, which produced more than 50,000 ounces of gold at 10 grams per tonne gold in the 1930s. In the 1990s, Granada Resources extracted a bulk sample from Pit #1, grading 5.17 g/t Au, and another from Pit #2, grading 3.46 g/t Au.

The news release includes forward-looking statements and information, including statements about the mineral resource estimate, the potential for resource growth, and the future exploration and development of the Granada property. These statements are subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ, including the accuracy of mineral resource estimates, market and economic conditions, and general risks associated with mining operations.
