Grafton Resources Inc, a Canadian exploration company focused on the discovery and development of copper and gold assets, has announced an increase in its non-brokered private placement offering. Initially set to raise up to $1,500,000, the company has now upped the ante, aiming to raise a total of $2,200,000 through the issuance of up to 4,400,000 units.

Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Holders of these warrants will have the option to purchase one common share at a price of $0.90 per share for a period of two years from the closing date of the Offering. The gross proceeds from this new arrangement will be utilized for general working capital purposes.

Campbell Smyth, Chairman of Grafton Resources, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, stating, "We are pleased to see the positive response from investors and have decided to increase the size of our offering to better meet the financial needs of our exploration projects. This additional capital will allow us to accelerate our exploration efforts and further develop our assets."

Grafton Resources, listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), is committed to responsible exploration and strong community partnerships. The company's focus on generating shareholder value through disciplined project advancement remains unchanged, even as it seeks to expand its funding base.

The company may pay finder's fees to eligible arm's length finders who assist in locating investors. The Offering is subject to the acceptance of the Canadian Securities Exchange, and the securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws and the rules of the Exchange.

Grafton Resources' next steps in this process include securing regulatory approval and closing the offering. The firm is optimistic about the future and is confident that the increased capital will support its strategic initiatives.
