NEW YORK, Sept. 28, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- GPN Vaccines, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing a new generation of broadly protective bacterial vaccines designed to overcome the limitations of serotype-specific vaccination, announced today that it will present progress across its vaccine portfolio at two leading international vaccine conferences. The presentations will highlight the company's approach to developing vaccines designed to protect against bacterial disease regardless of serotype, with evidence from its pneumococcal program, Gamma-PN™, and its veterinary program, Gamma-SU.

The company will present at the International Society for Vaccines (ISV) Annual Congress, which will take place from October 12 to October 14 in Antwerp, Belgium. At this event, GPN Vaccines will discuss four completed Gamma-PN clinical studies, which provide evidence of safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity, including antibody responses in older adults and responses persisting for at least 12 months in a follow-up study. The presentation will also include preliminary human findings showing that vaccine-induced antibodies can facilitate the killing of multiple pneumococcal serotypes in laboratory assays. GPN is preparing to advance Gamma-PN into a multinational Phase 2 trial.

At the World Vaccine Congress Europe, which will be held from October 19 to October 21 in Amsterdam, Netherlands, GPN will present Gamma-SU, an investigational vaccine being developed to prevent disease caused by Streptococcus suis in pigs, including post-weaning meningitis. Studies in pigs have shown that Gamma-SU elicits functional antibodies capable of killing multiple S. suis serotypes in laboratory assays. These findings provide early support for applying GPN's whole-cell vaccine approach beyond pneumococcal disease.

"Our goal is a future-proof approach that provides broad protection against current and emerging serotypes without continually reformulating vaccines.
