Goliath Resources Limited, a company focused on gold exploration in British Columbia, has announced significant findings from its 2026 drilling program at the Surebet Discovery on the Golddigger Property. The company has reported assay results from five drill holes, GD-26-414, GD-26-426, GD-26-439, GD-26-450, and GD-26-478, which have confirmed the presence of substantial gold mineralization within the Surebet and Golden Gate Zones.

The most notable result came from drill hole GD-26-478, which intersected a mineralized interval grading 13.81 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold over 4.85 meters, including 21.45 g/t over 3.09 meters. This interval is part of the Golden Gate Zone, located in the western side of the known mineralized system. The zone is characterized by multiple quartz-sulphide veins containing visible gold to the naked eye (VG-NE) and associated with galena, sphalerite, pyrrhotite, and chalcopyrite.

Another significant result was from drill hole GD-26-414, which intersected a newly discovered Golden Gate Zone vein. This vein assayed 10.26 g/t gold equivalent (AuEq) over 5.00 meters, including 18.30 g/t AuEq over 2.80 meters. The mineralization is described as a broad quartz-sulphide vein with associated veinlets in the surrounding host rock, containing VG-NE associated with massive pyrrhotite, sphalerite, galena, and minor chalcopyrite.

Drill hole GD-26-426 intersected a Surebet Zone interval that assayed 5.27 g/t AuEq over 9.85 meters, within an extensive zone of 23.50 meters grading 2.55 g/t AuEq. The mineralization is present in the form of breccia and stockwork veins containing VG-NE associated with massive to stringer galena, sphalerite, and pyrrhotite.

Drill hole GD-26-450 intersected a Surebet Zone interval that assayed 4.42 g/t AuEq over 6.96 meters, including 5.32 g/t AuEq over 5.00 meters, within a wider interval of 3.06 g/t AuEq over 12.97 meters. The mineralization occurs in sediment-hosted quartz breccia and stockwork veins containing VG-NE, galena, sphalerite, pyrrhotite, pyrite, and chalcopyrite.

These results continue to confirm the widespread presence of VG-NE in multiple veins and shear zones, intersected in 52 out of 92 holes drilled in 2026. The company states that the mineralization is consistent across the Surebet system, which remains open for lateral and depth expansion. The total footprint of the Surebet system has increased by 12% to 2.01 square kilometers, with the Golden Gate Zone expanding by 38% to 1.17 square kilometers.

The 2026 drill program, fully funded, comprises approximately 50,000 meters of systematic drilling, targeting the expansion of known gold mineralization in the Bonanza, Eldorado, Golden Gate, Surebet, and Whopper Zones. As of the current drilling season, 92 out of 97 planned holes have been completed, with a total of 45,616 meters drilled. The company anticipates announcing several gold equivalent assay results from the remaining 88 holes in the program.

The findings from this drilling program continue to demonstrate the high-grade nature of the Surebet system and its potential for further expansion. The company's CEO, Mr.

The Surebet Discovery is located in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia, a region known for its rich gold deposits. The company's ongoing exploration efforts are expected to provide further insights into the potential of the Surebet system and its broader implications for the region's mining industry.
