VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 05, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Goldera Exploration Ltd., a Canadian gold and copper exploration company, has expanded the potential of its high-grade Egan Gold Project in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt of Ontario. The company has identified two additional subparallel structures within the footwall of the high-grade E1 gold occurrence, significantly expanding the area of interest around the initial discovery. These newly exposed structures, identified in trenches TR2 and TR5, display similar alteration, quartz-veining characteristics, and northerly trending quartz veinlet zones to the original E1 gold occurrence.

The August exploration program included 15 trenches, 488 soil samples, 136 rock grab samples, and 222 saw-channel samples. The assay results are pending, but the program has provided valuable insights into the potential mineralized zone, which has expanded from a single known structure to a broader, multi-structure gold system. The structures identified are approximately 250 meters across strike and 450 meters along strike, broadly parallel to the syenite contact within the surrounding country rock mafic volcanic units and gabbro, to the north.

The Egan Gold Project comprises 449 claims covering approximately 111 square kilometers, located approximately 50 kilometers from Timmins within the prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt. Previous work defined four gold occurrences at areas E1, E1S, E2, and E3, returning numerous high-grade gold results, including up to 105.0 grams per ton (g/t) gold at E1 and up to 44.7 g/t and 19.0 g/t gold at E3.

Goldera is currently in the first, 40% earn-in phase of an option agreement with Harfang Exploration Inc., which allows the company to earn up to 80% interest in the Egan Gold Project. The exploration program is designed to test multiple high-priority targets and expand areas of known gold mineralization, with the intention of follow-up drilling in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The Egan Gold Project is positioned within a structurally favorable portion of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, about 8 kilometers south of the Destor-Porcupine deformation zone. The project is under option agreement with Harfang Exploration Inc., allowing Goldera to earn up to 80% interest in the Egan Gold Project.

Qualified Person François Auclair, PGeo, M.Sc., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, is responsible for the on-going drilling and sampling program, including quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC). Assays for the soil sampling and trenching were respectively analyzed by ALS Canada Ltd. and Techni-Lab, a subdivision of Actlabs, with the Corporation inserting quality control samples at regular intervals to monitor laboratory performance.

Goldera’s exploration activities at the Egan Gold Project are part of a broader portfolio of high-potential exploration assets across Canada’s premier mining districts, including the company’s flagship Egan Gold mineral project in Ontario’s Abitibi Greenstone Belt and the Acadian Gold Corp. joint venture in New Brunswick’s emerging gold-copper district.
