Gold.com Names New CFO and Appoints New Auditor

Gold.com named Jill Van as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 18, 2026. Van, who currently serves as Executive Vice President and Controller, will succeed Cary Dickson, who has informed the company of his retirement on the same date. Dickson will continue to serve as a Consultant to the company for the next 12 months.
Van brings extensive experience to the role, having joined Gold.com in June 2025. With more than 25 years of accounting, audit, and financial leadership experience, she has held key positions at firms such as RSM US LLP and Grant Thornton LLP, where she led SEC reporting engagements, audits, and complex transactions. Her experience also includes serving as Interim CFO at Hardesty LLC and as CFO at Shew Enterprises.

In addition to the CFO transition, the company announced the appointment of KPMG LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027. KPMG will succeed Grant Thornton LLP, whom the company thanks for its service. The Audit Committee of the Board of Directors conducted a review process to determine the company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the upcoming fiscal year.
