Both transactions closed simultaneously, bringing together two trusted brands that have served the Simcoe County area for decades.
Services Plus, which has been in operation for more than 30 years, has provided heating, cooling, water heaters, indoor air quality systems, and fireplace services to residential and commercial customers across Barrie, Innisfil, and Bradford. The company has also maintained a strong presence in the rental and maintenance agreements market. A Plus Heating & Air Conditioning, on the other hand, has built a robust reputation in the region, boasting a 4.9-star Google rating, an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, and recognition as a Lennox Premier Dealer. Both companies have teams of licensed, full-time in-house technicians who provide heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical installation, repair, maintenance, and 24/7 emergency service.
The acquisition of Services Plus and A Plus Heating & Air Conditioning marks a significant step in Go Lime Inc.'s broader growth strategy, which includes recent expansions into Cobourg and Northumberland County. The company's Chief Operating Officer, Alex Kaplunov, emphasized the importance of preserving the local brands and the teams' established reputations.

Cameron Priske, Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Go Lime Inc., added that the acquisition would provide the teams with more training, better tools, and more apprentices coming up behind them.
The acquisition of Services Plus and A Plus Heating & Air Conditioning will allow Go Lime Inc. to invest in systems, fleet, and training to support the teams and expand their services across the more than half a million residents in Barrie, Innisfil, Bradford, Orillia, Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Midland, Alliston, and surrounding communities. With Go Lime's full backing, both companies will gain the resources to continue serving their communities effectively and efficiently.
The Simcoe County expansion is part of Go Lime Inc.'s broader strategy to continue investing in local communities and expanding its service network. Earlier this year, the company announced its expansion into Cobourg and Northumberland County, and Kaplunov confirmed that additional transactions would follow.
