New York, September 3, 2026, Globant, a global company focused on driving enterprise reinvention through AI, has launched MuleSoft AI Pod, a new delivery model that combines specialized AI agents with human integration experts to accelerate API-led connectivity and secure, governed integration at scale.
The MuleSoft AI Pod is part of Globant’s AI-native technology service model, Glob.AI, designed to deliver enterprise AI initiatives more efficiently. As AI becomes increasingly complex, organizations face significant challenges in connecting applications, data, and workflows that power enterprise transformation. MuleSoft AI Pod addresses these integration bottlenecks by offering a faster and more governed approach to API-led connectivity and delivery.
Roland Berthelot, Global Head of Salesforce Studio at Globant, emphasized the importance of this solution. “As organizations scale Agentforce and other AI initiatives, integration and data readiness are crucial. MuleSoft helps establish the connectivity foundation needed for these initiatives. With MuleSoft AI Pod, Globant is helping customers scale integration delivery while maintaining the governance, security, and expert oversight required for enterprise adoption.”
MuleSoft AI Pod is structured as flexible delivery teams tailored to each customer’s integration roadmap, technical environment, and delivery needs. Each pod includes specialized AI agents for defined MuleSoft tasks, alongside senior Globant experts who guide architecture, validate outputs, and manage execution across API design, MuleSoft flow development, automated testing, governance, and legacy modernization.
The MuleSoft AI Pod is designed to support various configurations, including Lean, Scaled, and Advanced, which are aimed at supporting approximately six, up to 12, and up to 24 integration flows or APIs per month, respectively. Benchmarks from current migration projects and internal pilots indicate that the model can achieve significant improvements, such as up to 80% automation of manual integration tasks, 15-25% faster time-to-value and delivery cycles, and 35% greater efficiency in solution design and development.
Globant’s MuleSoft AI Pod offers a practical path to modernize enterprise integration foundations, helping organizations reduce migration timelines from months to weeks while preserving business logic and meeting enterprise governance standards. This solution also aids in strengthening the integration infrastructure, improving delivery consistency, and preparing technology ecosystems for the next phase of AI-powered transformation.
MuleSoft AI Pod will be accessible through Glob.AI, a unified environment designed to help organizations deploy and manage AI Pods. Currently, Glob.AI is available through a waitlist and brings together specialized AI agents and Globant experts to provide transparent, output or consumption linked pricing, not based on hours or per seat.
