Global leaders from KUKA visit Centron for intelligent manufacturing insights
Global leaders from KUKA, the leading provider of industrial robots and automation solutions, visited Centron last week to exchange insights on intelligent manufacturing techniques. The delegation, led by the Vice President of Midea Group, conducted a detailed tour and in-depth discussions with Centron’s top executives and production experts.
The visit highlighted KUKA’s and Centron’s shared interest in the evolving landscape of intelligent manufacturing. The delegation included key figures from KUKA’s central management and regional executives from various countries. At the meeting, they engaged in comprehensive discussions on industry trends, global market changes, and potential areas for future collaboration.
Centron’s CEO, Jed Wang, welcomed the KUKA team. Also present were Ouyang Su, CEO of Centron’s Product Line; Mike Wang, CEO of Centron’s Business Unit; and Samuel Chen, International Sales Director. The KUKA executives toured Centron’s production facilities, gaining firsthand insights into its precise dosing, casting, and droplet impregnation processes. They also received an introduction to Leetx, Centron’s sister brand, focusing on intelligent manufacturing technologies such as assembly, pressing, and automatic screw feeding.
Following the tour, both sides shared their global business experiences to discuss observations on the development speed of the Chinese market, changing production requirements abroad, the future orientation of the intelligent manufacturing industry, and technology roadmaps for process equipment and robot platforms.
Jed Wang commented, "We place great importance on exchanges with global automation leaders like KUKA. This visit by KUKA’s senior management provided both parties with a valuable opportunity to deepen mutual understanding, exchange experiences in the global market, and explore potential collaborative paths. As intelligent manufacturing continues to evolve, open dialogue and industry-wide synergies will open new avenues for innovation across the entire sector."
This high-level visit also reflects a broader industry trend: the accelerating convergence of industrial robotics, precise dosing, and intelligent manufacturing technologies. As electric vehicle (EV) electrification advances and the degree of automation in vehicle assembly, battery production, and automotive component manufacturing increases, coordination between robot platforms and process equipment is becoming increasingly crucial for enhancing production quality, manufacturing efficiency, and process consistency. Given this trend, Centron will continue to maintain open communication with partners along the entire value chain and closely monitor emerging opportunities in intelligent manufacturing.
