Glidewell holds inaugural course at new East Coast Clinical Education Center
Glidewell, a leading dental laboratory and innovator in technology, recently held its inaugural course at its new East Coast Clinical Education Center in Raleigh, North Carolina, marking a significant expansion of the company’s education network.
On August 28-29, 64 dentists completed a two-day course titled "Surgical Placement of Dental Implants: A Restorative-Driven Approach," led by Dr. Timothy Kosinski. Each participant earned 12 hours of continuing education.
During the intensive two-day program, Dr. Kosinski guided participants through detailed protocols for implant surgical placement and restorative-driven treatment planning, covering single-tooth cases and prosthetic reconstruction.
Located just two miles from Raleigh-Durham International Airport, the new center is strategically positioned to serve the majority of U.S. dentists. With over 250 daily direct flights from cities east of the Mississippi, the facility aims to make high-quality, practical training more accessible.

Initially, the new center will feature established Glidewell courses before expanding based on local demand. Emphasis will be placed on digital dentistry, small-group learning, and high-value clinical experiences.
