Gitcha, a company focused on providing tools and services for real estate professionals, has partnered with Hive MLS to introduce The Buyer Listing Service® to nearly 20,000 members. This partnership is expected to significantly expand Gitcha’s MLS footprint and bring greater visibility to buyer demand across Hive’s cooperative marketplace.

The agreement between Gitcha and Hive MLS represents a significant expansion of The Buyer Listing Service into one of the country’s growing regional MLS cooperatives. The service will allow brokers and agents to create structured buyer profiles that capture key needs such as location, property type, price range, and timing. These profiles will then be shared across the Hive cooperative marketplace, increasing visibility among participating real estate professionals.

The introduction of The Buyer Listing Service to Hive members is scheduled for December. This service will provide brokers and agents with a structured way to communicate buyer demand within the real estate marketplace. By enabling brokers and agents to identify potential opportunities where buyer needs may align with active listings or properties that could be coming to market, the service aims to help real estate professionals better understand and cater to the needs of potential buyers.

Hive MLS, which represents more than 19,000 brokers and appraisers throughout the Southeast, including over 450 cities and towns, has grown by bringing associations and MLSs together around shared technology, data, and services. Hive MLS empowers Realtor Associations and MLSs of all sizes through community, collaboration, and connectivity, reliable data, responsive service, and a best-in-class toolset that includes innovative training.

Gitcha, founded by Dan Cooper, has developed The Buyer Listing Service as a platform to bring greater visibility to buyer demand and support cooperation among real estate professionals. The service converts client-specific needs into transparent, structured, and shareable "want-listings," allowing brokers and agents to better understand and cater to the needs of potential buyers.

The partnership with Hive MLS represents a significant expansion of Gitcha’s reach into one of the country’s growing regional MLS cooperatives. With the addition of Hive, The Buyer Listing Service will expand its reach to 10 states. Hive MLS, which serves more than 450 cities and towns, will now have access to The Buyer Listing Service, providing brokers and agents with a new tool to enhance their cooperative network and better serve their clients.
