Gilded Painting Switches to Fuel-Efficient Ford Mavericks

Gilded Painting, a residential repainting company based in Hagerstown, Maryland, has transitioned its fleet of project managers and sales representatives to fuel-efficient Ford Maverick hybrid trucks. The move aims to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs while aligning with the company’s commitment to eco-friendly practices.

According to the release, the Ford Maverick hybrid trucks boast impressive fuel efficiency, with an EPA-estimated rating of 42 miles per gallon in the city and 37 miles per gallon combined. The vehicles are designed to provide a driving range of more than 500 miles per tank, making them well-suited for the daily travel needs of Gilded Painting’s team members who cover a wide stretch of the region, including Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

The transition to the Ford Maverick hybrids is part of Gilded Painting’s broader strategy to offer sustainable home painting services. The company has partnered with locally based McCormick Paints, which uses water-based, low-VOC, low-odor formulations for all residential work. This partnership provides a more eco-friendly solution for both companies and the broader community.
