SCHAUMBURG, IL, Oct. 01, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Giftify, Inc., the owner and operator of CardCash.com and Restaurant.com, has significantly improved its customer service operations by leveraging AI-powered tools, cutting average response times by more than 90% across a support operation that handles approximately 5,000 tickets per month, without increasing overall staffing costs.

CardCash, a subsidiary of Giftify, has implemented a dynamic AI system that helps gather the necessary information before a customer inquiry reaches the support team. This system reviews each request, identifies missing information, and prompts the customer for relevant details. It can also retrieve available account or support information and help route the inquiry to the appropriate team. These measures have streamlined the customer service process, reducing unnecessary back-and-forth between customers and agents and allowing the support team to address issues more quickly.

The improvements were led by Abe Nojowitz, Vice President of Operations at CardCash. Nojowitz and his team also reallocated existing customer service staffing across the week to match customer demand, preventing backlogs and evening out agent workload without adding headcount. Additionally, CardCash carved out dedicated time for agents to follow up on unresolved inquiries, ensuring that open issues keep moving toward resolution instead of being overtaken by new requests. The company also completed a comprehensive review of its customer service macros, responses, and templates for accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

Ketan Thakker, President and CEO of Giftify, Inc., emphasized the company's ongoing commitment to leveraging AI and other technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
