Get Community, a leading marketing agency specializing in homebuilder and new home community marketing, has announced significant leadership changes aimed at supporting the agency's continued growth. Effective September 1, Ryan Canton has been named CEO, a role he has been preparing for after co-founding the company with his sister Kelly Borgen.

Canton, who has led the agency through strategic growth, will now guide the company into its next phase. Joining him are Catherine du Pont White and Andrea Villanueva, both promoted to Vice President of Client Success & Operations and Vice President of Growth & Partnerships, respectively. Both have over a decade of experience with Get Community and will play key roles in shaping the company's strategic direction.

Kelly Borgen, co-founder and owner of Get Community, expressed pride in the new leadership team, stating, "Ryan, Catherine, and Andrea are exceptional—they have the relationships, the expertise, and the vision to take Get Community to the next level."

The agency has also bolstered its account services team by adding Nicolette Babineau as an Account Executive. With extensive experience in the homebuilder industry, Babineau brings a deep understanding of the priorities and pace of new home community marketing, ensuring that every client continues to receive high-touch, personal service.

Canton emphasized the importance of client relationships, saying, "Our clients are at the center of everything we do, and this expanded team allows us to serve them at an even higher level— with more dedicated attention, deeper expertise, and the same personal relationships they have always had with us."

Founded in 2011, Get Community has served homebuilders and new home community developers for 15 years, offering marketing strategy, social media, content creation, and community launch services across the region. The recent leadership changes reflect the agency's commitment to maintaining its high standards while expanding its capabilities to meet the evolving needs of its clients.
