Gauzy has received final court approval for its comprehensive debt settlement, with support from creditors representing 98.96% of voting claims, including 100% of Gauzy’s secured lenders. This approval marks a critical step for Gauzy, which manufactures SPD light-control film in Germany and produces the proprietary SPD emulsion used in this film in Israel.
