The company has signed nine new leases, totaling 37,643 square feet, and has invested heavily in property-wide renovations, signaling a commitment to enhancing the shopping experience for the Northern Colorado community.

Since Galway Companies, Inc. acquired The Promenade Shops Centerra in August 2025, the property has seen a robust customer base, generating approximately 3.8 million annual visits and more than 70,000 visits per week. These visits contribute to a reported tenant sales figure of $109 million from September 2025 to September 2026. According to Placer.ai data, the center ranks among the top 8% of shopping centers nationally for visits.

The new tenants set to open this fall include MINISO, Christopher & Banks, and Windsor. Additional retailers and restaurants, such as JD Sports, Hot Topic, BoxLunch, Cabinet IQ, Hot Pot Grill, and Los Dos Potrillos, are expected to join by spring 2027. These additions are part of Galway's strategy to modernize the property and strengthen its tenant mix, ensuring the center remains a vibrant destination for the community.

Galway Companies, Inc. has undertaken a comprehensive property-wide reinvestment, including new storefront facades, a redesigned ice rink scheduled to open in late November 2026, and new landscaping along Main Street. The center also features updated property lighting, additional seating, and refreshed outdoor gathering spaces. A new monument sign along Interstate 25 and new entrance signage have been installed, enhancing the property's visibility and appeal.

The broader streetscape renovation is set for completion in spring 2027, further improving the shopping experience. The Promenade Shops Centerra is located at the intersection of Interstate 25 and U.S. Highway 34, within a rapidly evolving regional retail corridor. More than 85,000 vehicles travel I-25 near the property each day, and the center's trade area includes approximately 370,800 residents, as reported by the U.S. Census.

Adjacent to The Promenade Shops Centerra, the retail landscape is expanding, with Bass Pro Shops now open and plans for Costco, Whole Foods Market, and King Soopers nearby. Galway Companies, Inc. is also investing in the Promenade as a gathering place, pairing longstanding traditions with new experiences and programming. The center's annual Halloween celebration returns on October 25, followed by the opening of the redesigned ice rink in late November and holiday programming, including live reindeer, Breakfast with Santa, and Photos with Santa in December.
