The LiquidJet Diamond coldplate builds on the company's existing LiquidJet technology, which employs a unique 3D ultra short-loop multi-stage design to precisely manage the thermal performance of GPUs.
The LiquidJet Diamond coldplate offers several key advantages over traditional skived coldplates. It provides over 150% higher max power density for hotspot cooling and 75% higher heat transfer efficiency. These improvements result in a 12°C reduction in GPU die temperature, translating to a 25% increase in Tokens/Watt efficiency. The addition of the diamond spreader in the LiquidJet Diamond coldplate further reduces hotspot die temperature by an additional 10°C, boosting the increase in Tokens/Watt to 35%.

The increasing size of GPU dies is another challenge that LiquidJet Diamond addresses. LiquidJet is the only coldplate manufacturing process capable of supporting the power, performance, and size requirements of these larger AI GPUs.
