Fragrance Creators Association Names Ivanna Yang as Vice President, Government Affairs

Fragrance Creators Association (FCA) has appointed Ivanna Yang as Vice President, Government Affairs. Yang will lead the association's advocacy efforts before Congress, the Administration, and state governments, focusing on issues such as chemicals policy, trade, and ingredient transparency.

Yang brings extensive experience in the biotechnology, sustainability, and consumer products sectors. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Government Affairs at the Organic Trade Association, where she spearheaded federal advocacy efforts on the farm bill, appropriations, and tax and trade policy. Prior to that, she held senior public affairs and advocacy roles at Geno, a biotechnology company, and a beauty company at the forefront of modernizing cosmetic regulation.

Yang's arrival comes at a critical time for the fragrance industry. Federal and state policymakers are considering significant changes to chemicals policy, trade regulations, and ingredient transparency. As biotechnology continues to transform the way fragrance ingredients are developed, Yang's expertise will be crucial in shaping the industry's future.
