Charlotte, N.C., September 1, 2026, Foxquilt, a North American insurtech specializing in small business insurance, has expanded its U.S. product suite with the launch of Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance, marking a significant step in its transition from a single-product managed general agency (MGA) to a multi-line commercial insurance platform.

E&O, also known as Professional Liability insurance, is now the second admitted product line offered by Foxquilt in the U.S. This new line of business will serve a diverse range of professionals, including consultants, technology experts, beauty and health practitioners, and others. According to Karim Jamal, CEO and Co-Founder of Foxquilt, the launch is an important milestone that underscores the company's commitment to building a scalable, multi-line commercial insurance business.

"The launch of E&O represents a crucial step in our evolution," Jamal said. "As we expand our product offerings, we're enhancing the value we can deliver to our existing distribution partners while creating new growth opportunities."

Foxquilt's new E&O product will be available through Foxden, the company's proprietary insurance platform. This platform leverages automated underwriting capabilities to offer small business owners and their insurance professionals a seamless experience. Business owners can now instantly quote and bind a policy tailored to their needs, thanks to Foxden's digital and immediate access to both Foxquilt's Commercial General Liability and E&O products.

"This launch is an important step in our product journey," said Nick Goodfellow, Vice President of Insurance Operations at Foxquilt. "We're extending our automated underwriting capabilities into Professional Liability while maintaining the speed and ease of doing business that our agents, partners, and customers have come to expect."

Foxquilt's expansion into E&O also opens new categories of embedded insurance partnerships. The company will bring Professional Liability to platforms, marketplaces, and networks serving independent professionals, integrating insurance directly into their ecosystems.

The launch builds on Foxquilt's existing collaboration with Markel, a capacity relationship that will continue to support the expansion into Professional Liability. Jeff Lamb, President of Programs, Alliances & Insurtech at Markel, stated, "Foxquilt has shown a strong ability to combine underwriting discipline, technology, and distribution in the small commercial market. We are excited to support the expansion of that model into Professional Liability and the next stage of Foxquilt's U.S. product growth."

Foxquilt's new E&O product will be available in 10 U.S. states, Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin, starting today, with a rapid nationwide rollout by the end of 2026.

Foxquilt, founded in 2014, is a North American insurance technology company that develops, underwrites, and distributes commercial insurance products for small businesses in the United States and Canada. Through its proprietary insurance platform, Foxquilt combines automated underwriting and digital distribution to provide insurance through agents, brokers, and embedded enterprise partners.
