In a departure from the formal caviar service, La Hora del Caviar offers a more relaxed and convivial experience. This afternoon ritual, available at Cora Lounge and in every casita, suite, villa, and residence across the resort, brings vibrancy and ease to the traditional caviar service. The experience features a generous spread of Mexican accompaniments, including cool, crisp jícama; roasted corn with its smoky sweetness; lemon brightened with Tajín; earthy huitlacoche; blue corn tostadas; creamy avocado; and fresh salsa prepared in a molcajete. Corn blinis and crema Mexicana provide a subtle connection to classic caviar service while allowing the flavors of Mexico to take the lead. The caviar, Petrossian Royal Daurenki, is served alongside these accompaniments, inviting guests to mix, taste, and share at their own pace. The experience is priced at MXN $3,800, with an optional pairing of Moët & Chandon Rosé Champagne bringing the complete experience to MXN $8,400.
