TORONTO, Oct. 29, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has announced the launch of its first standalone private residences in Colorado, marking a significant expansion into the Denver market. The project, named Cherry Creek, A Four Seasons Private Residence, will introduce 42 luxury homes in one of Denver's most sought-after neighborhoods, Cherry Creek.
The development is a partnership between Four Seasons and 215 Detroit Street Cherry Creek Property LLC, a consortium comprising Wexford Real Estate Investors, Stillwater Capital, Zabel Investment, and Brue Baukol. Wexford Real Estate Investors, based in West Palm Beach, Florida, brings significant luxury development experience to the project, with a market value of approximately $1.5 billion and investments concentrated in multifamily, condominium, and senior housing.
The building, designed by the award-winning global architecture firm 10 Design, will stand eight stories tall and feature a sophisticated façade of articulated masonry, refined metalwork, natural stone, and expansive glazing. The residences will offer expansive one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, spanning from 1,260 to 6,000 square feet. The interiors, designed by the acclaimed design studio Tihany Design, will feature warm materials, expert craftsmanship, and thoughtful design details.
Cherry Creek, A Four Seasons Private Residence will offer extensive amenities exclusively for residents, including a spa with steam, sauna, cold plunge, hydrotherapy, and treatment rooms, an outdoor pool and sun deck, a club lounge with a bar and fireplace, a garden-view library, and a private dining room. The rooftop amenity level will serve as a private retreat above the city, with spaces for leisure and entertaining.
The project is part of Four Seasons' broader strategy to expand its presence in the luxury residential market. Since its first hotel opened in 1961, Four Seasons has grown to operate 140 hotels and resorts and 61 residential properties in major city centers and resort destinations in 47 countries. The company continues to develop a global pipeline of more than 60 projects under planning or in development, with a focus on genuine and unparalleled service experiences.
Wexford Real Estate Investors, the development consortium, has invested in excess of $900 million of equity since 2011. Stillwater Capital, a Dallas-based real estate development and investment firm, has been creating residential, commercial, and industrial properties since 2006, developing more than 10,000 residential units and 10 million square feet of space.
