On 18 May 2026, the company initiated a share buy-back programme with a maximum budget of DKK 1 billion, aimed at repurchasing up to 2.3 million shares, or approximately 4.0 percent of the company's share capital.

According to the latest update, FLSmidth has executed transactions within the programme during the period from 31 August 2026 to 4 September 2026. While the specific details of each transaction are detailed in an appendix attached to the company announcement, it is noted that the programme continues to be executed in accordance with the relevant regulatory guidelines, including Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and the Safe Harbour Regulation (EU) 1052/2016.

As of the latest transactions, FLSmidth now holds a total of 4,408,644 shares as treasury shares, representing 7.65 percent of the company’s total share capital.
