FLORALXM launches to revolutionize floral design in live events
FLORALXM, a production-first floral company co-founded by award-winning experiential producer Jedd Davis and celebrity floral designer Roberto Gonzalez, has officially launched its national operations, marking a new era in experiential marketing and live events.
Founded in Spring 2026, FLORALXM aims to revolutionize the way large-scale floral installations are approached in the live-events industry. Unlike traditional floral partners who are often engaged late in the project, FLORALXM integrates floral design from the earliest stages, ensuring that aesthetic and production realities are seamlessly aligned.
"We built FLORALXM to address the challenges of finding a reliable floral partner that can consistently deliver premium quality across multiple markets," said Davis, co-founder of FLORALXM. "Our approach ensures that floral design is a central element of the production process, rather than an afterthought."
Davis and Gonzalez, with their combined experience of over five decades, bring a unique blend of creative vision and production expertise. Davis, with more than 18 years of experience producing complex events, understands the intricacies of large-scale projects. Gonzalez, a celebrity floral designer with over three decades of experience, has crafted iconic floral environments for prominent figures such as Oprah Winfrey and President Barack Obama.
FLORALXM offers a comprehensive suite of services, including large-scale floral and botanical installations, branded photo moments, custom botanical fabrication, retail and hospitality installations, and stage and architectural floral integration. The company also provides multi-market program development and execution, as well as installation, maintenance, strike, and logistics management.
"Our goal is to protect the artistry of botanical design while working closely with the production team to ensure every concept is realized as intended," said Gonzalez, co-founder and creative lead of FLORALXM. "We provide a centralized partner for creative direction, production oversight, and consistent quality, whether the project spans a single market or multiple cities."
FLORALXM is designed to support agencies at every stage of development, from early concepting and budget feasibility to final execution. The company can operate as a standalone floral partner or integrate directly into an agency's broader creative and production team.
"We understand the challenges producers face, and our goal is to be a trusted partner that can communicate clearly, solve problems, and deliver on-site," added Davis. "We are here to support agencies wherever their projects take them."
With a robust network of trusted floral, fabrication, and production partners across major U.S. markets, FLORALXM is poised to meet the demands of event agencies, brands, production companies, and design partners. The company is currently developing botanical concepts and custom installations for experiential, hospitality, and architectural environments and is accepting new agency, brand, and production partnerships nationwide.
