The event will feature a lineup of top mixologists from 50 Best Discovery bars in Chile, Colombia, and Peru, who will showcase their skills in crafting cocktails infused with the vibrant flavors and rich culture of South America.

The event will feature an exceptional lineup of guest mixologists from two venues showcased on The World's 50 Best Discovery list. These include Beatriz Solari and Karla Martinez, representing Siam Thai (Santiago, Chile), and Will Corredor, Alexander Ramirez, and Karla Palacios, representing Jardín Tragos y Pasteles (Bogotá, Colombia). Throughout the night, guests will experience an exquisite fusion of South American flavors and sustainable mixology with Flor de Caña.
Karen Álvarez, a Flor de Caña Brand Ambassador from Peru, will present Peruvian-inspired appetizers, while Beatriz Solari and Karla Martinez from Siam Thai will showcase their culinary talents at Officina. The event will also feature Alexander Ramirez and Karla Palacios from Jardín Tragos y Pasteles, who will bring the distinct culinary and cocktail traditions of Chile and Colombia to the glass and plate.
