Flambo Launches Stainless Carbon Daily Pan on Kickstarter

Flambo, a Seattle-based cookware company, has introduced the Stainless Carbon Daily Pan, a new product designed to meet the needs of everyday cooks. The pan, which launches on Kickstarter, combines a durable, coating-free cooking surface with acid and rust resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of cooking tasks.

The Stainless Carbon Daily Pan is the result of Flambo’s commitment to creating cookware that addresses the tradeoffs often associated with traditional cookware. Unlike conventional pans that require synthetic coatings or extensive seasoning, the Stainless Carbon Daily Pan arrives pre-seasoned and ready for immediate use. This feature, known as EasyStart Seasoning, ensures that users can start cooking without the usual seasoning routine.

One of the key features of the Stainless Carbon Daily Pan is its TitaN All-Guard Technology. This technology combines Ionic Titanium with a 12-hour deep nitriding process at 1,040°F, significantly enhancing the pan’s resistance to acid and rust. The Nelumbo Matrix Texture, inspired by the microstructure of a lotus leaf, creates small air pockets between the pan and the food, promoting natural food release and reducing the need for oil or other nonstick solutions.

The pan’s lightweight design, weighing approximately 2 pounds, makes it easy to lift and maneuver. Its wider, deeper surface is ideal for searing, sautéing, stir-frying, and preparing one-pan meals. The Stainless Carbon Daily Pan is compatible with a variety of cooktops, including gas, electric, and induction, ensuring versatility in cooking environments.

The company has previously launched successful crowdfunding campaigns for its Flambo Skillet and Flambo Wok, raising significant funds and delivering on schedule. The Stainless Carbon Daily Pan marks Flambo’s first Kickstarter campaign in the United States, aiming to bring its innovative cookware to a broader audience.

Early-bird pledges for the Stainless Carbon Daily Pan and the standing glass lid set start at $99 during the campaign’s first 48 hours on Kickstarter.
