PALO ALTO, CA, UNITED STATES, October 16, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Flair Labs, a voice AI company backed by Y Combinator, has announced its expansion into real estate, bringing its AI voice agents to help agents and teams convert more buyer and seller leads into client conversations. The company’s partnership with CINC, a real estate lead generation and conversion platform, will bring Flair’s technology into the process, allowing the technology to handle high-volume lead inquiries and provide quality control across customer conversations.
CINC, which serves more than 50,000 agents, combines Google and Facebook advertising, property-search websites, CRM software, and automated follow-up to help real estate teams turn buyer and seller inquiries into clients. By integrating Flair’s AI voice calling technology, CINC aims to connect lead generation with live conversations between prospective clients and agents, ensuring that teams can respond promptly to inquiries.
Flair’s AI voice agents will qualify new lead inquiries, nurture prospective customers, and connect them with an agent when they are ready to act. The company’s co-founder and COO, Chao-Ping Wu, explained that the goal is to help real estate teams get more from the relationships they have already started, whether someone is ready to talk today or needs another six months.
Wu noted that in the current sluggish housing market, real estate teams are working to convert demand. The National Association of Realtors reported that August pending home sales were down 4.7% from a year earlier, despite a 0.3% monthly increase. For teams investing in customer acquisition, each missed conversation can mean losing both a potential client and the return on the marketing that attracted them.
Flair’s platform will help real estate teams engage and qualify new leads, nurture existing relationships, and arrange conversations with professionals who can help them. The company’s latest results from its West Capital Lending deployment, which included 5,000 warm handoffs to 200 loan officers in a one-month period, demonstrate its ability to move opportunities forward.
Beyond the first call, Flair’s technology will reconnect with older leads and schedule follow-up conversations as customers’ plans develop. The platform connects with existing CRM systems, recording conversation details and outcomes so agents can continue the discussion with context already in hand.
The expansion into real estate follows Flair’s $4 million fundraise from Y Combinator and builds on its West Capital Lending deployment, previously covered by HousingWire. The move into real estate extends Flair’s focus on consistent engagement and lead conversion to buyers, sellers, and the professionals advising them.
