Firefly Neuroscience, Inc., a company that uses artificial intelligence to analyze brain function, has announced a strategic collaboration with Radial, a leading operator of brain medicine clinics in the United States. The partnership aims to integrate Firefly’s FDA 510(k)-cleared, AI-powered Evoke™ EEG/ERP platform with Radial’s proprietary AI-native operating system, RadialOS.
The integration is expected to enhance the diagnostic process by providing objective measures of brain function. This will help clinicians develop a more comprehensive understanding of each patient, identify appropriate treatment pathways, coordinate care, and track outcomes over time. The collaboration follows Radial’s recent acquisition of the management services organization supporting Mindful Health Solutions, which significantly expanded Radial’s clinical footprint.
According to Greg Lipschitz, CEO of Firefly Neuroscience, the integration represents a significant opportunity to place objective, data-driven insights directly into the clinical workflow.
Radial, which operates a network of 27 clinics in seven states, supports the delivery of therapies including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), medications, and other interventional approaches. The company’s platform is designed to expand access to advanced brain medicine treatments and is backed by General Catalyst. Radial’s clinical partners now include more than 100 clinicians treating hundreds of thousands of patients each year, focusing on high-acuity mental health conditions.
Owen Muir, M.D., co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Radial, emphasized the importance of better tools for clinicians. "Clinicians need better tools to translate emerging evidence into personalized, real-world care. We believe integrating Firefly’s objective brain-function data into RadialOS can help close that gap, giving clinicians actionable information at the point of care and helping more patients reach the right treatment sooner."
The Evoke™ platform combines quantitative electroencephalography (qEEG) and event-related potential (ERP) testing with AI-powered analytics to provide clinicians with objective information about brain function. Firefly’s technology is designed to help clinicians identify relevant brain-activity patterns, assess patients whose symptoms may overlap, and monitor changes over time.
This collaboration is part of Radial’s ongoing efforts to expand access to advanced brain medicine treatments. By integrating Firefly’s technology, Radial aims to provide clinicians with the tools they need to deliver more personalized and informed care. The partnership is expected to enhance the diagnostic process and improve patient outcomes, making advanced brain medicine more accessible to a wider patient population.
