Ferrari N.V., the iconic Italian automaker, has announced the completion of its third tranche of a multi-year share buyback program. The company has spent a total of €20,807,256.73 on 58,800 common shares on the Euronext Milan (EXM) and €7,999,733.07 (€6,887,538.65*) on 19,548 common shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) since the program's announcement on September 1, 2026.
This latest purchase brings the total amount invested by Ferrari in the buyback program since January 5, 2026, to €538,452,100.59, covering 1,779,532 own common shares on both the EXM and NYSE. The company now holds 1,669,152 common shares in treasury, representing 0.94% of the total issued common shares, net of shares assigned under the company’s equity incentive plan. Including special voting shares, Ferrari holds 0.71% of the total issued share capital.
The share buyback program, part of a larger €3.5 billion initiative expected to be executed by 2030, aligns with Ferrari's strategic plan to optimize capital allocation and enhance shareholder value.
