FacilityOS Launches AI Compliance Assistant for Contractor Certifications

INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 15, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- FacilityOS, a global provider of facility management software, has introduced the ContractorOS AI Compliance Assistant. This new tool aims to streamline the process of managing and verifying contractor certifications, a critical aspect of compliance in complex work environments.

The AI Compliance Assistant automates the document matching and sorting process, significantly reducing the time required for onboarding and annual compliance checks. According to FacilityOS, the assistant can increase the speed and accuracy of these tasks by up to 95%.

The system works by allowing users to upload batches of compliance documents, which are then classified by document type and key fields are extracted. The AI assistant then matches the data in these documents against open compliance tasks, filling out required fields. This process ensures that documents do not need to be pre-sorted, as a single batch can contain a mix of vendor-level and contractor-level documents.

Once the AI assistant has processed the documents, the site administrator reviews the matches on a dedicated tab. The assistant provides a completion indicator, showing how much of each task has been populated automatically. Items that are fully completed can be quickly reviewed and approved, while those that require additional input can be opened and finalized.

FacilityOS is demonstrating the AI Compliance Assistant at the NSC Safety Congress & Expo in Indianapolis, September 14-16, at booth 5717, and at the GSX Global Security Exchange in Atlanta, Georgia, September 14-16, at booth 1833. The tool is currently available to all ContractorOS customers with the Essentials and Advanced tiers.
