F3 Uranium Corp. has appointed Ross McElroy as its new CEO and director, effective immediately. McElroy, a registered professional geologist with extensive experience in the uranium industry, brings a wealth of leadership and industry knowledge to the company. He previously co-founded F3 Uranium and Fission Uranium, and served as CEO of Fission Uranium until its acquisition by Paladin Energy in December 2024 for $1.14 billion. McElroy also held the position of President and CEO at Apollo Silver during its ramp-up phase and most recently at Shine Minerals.
Dev Randhawa, the current CEO and chairman of F3 Uranium, will step down from the CEO role and assume the position of Executive Chairman.
In conjunction with the leadership change, F3 Uranium has announced its intention to proceed with a share consolidation. The consolidation will be based on one post-consolidation common share for every ten pre-consolidation common shares. The consolidation was approved by shareholders at the company’s annual and special meeting held on May 14, 2026. The consolidation remains subject to final acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange, and the effective date will be announced once determined.
F3 Uranium focuses on the high-grade JR Zone and the new Tetra Zone discovery, which is 13 kilometers to the south, in the Patterson West area of its Patterson Lake North (PLN) project in the Western Athabasca Basin. The company currently holds three properties in the Athabasca Basin: Patterson Lake North, Minto, and Broach. The Western side of the Athabasca Basin, where F3 Uranium operates, is home to some of the world's largest high-grade uranium deposits, including Paladin's Triple R project and NexGen's Arrow project.
The share consolidation is part of F3 Uranium’s ongoing efforts to streamline its capital structure and enhance shareholder value. The company is committed to advancing its exploration projects and pursuing significant discoveries in the uranium sector.
