Ezurio Unveils BL54LM20 Series with Enhanced BLE Capabilities

AKRON, Ohio, Sept. 22, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Ezurio, a global leader in connectivity and embedded compute technology, has unveiled the BL54LM20 Series, a new line of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) modules that bring advanced capabilities to developers. The series includes the BL54LM20A, BL54LM20B, and a USB-C adapter, all built on Nordic Semiconductor's nRF54LM20A and nRF54LM20B System-on-Chips (SoCs).
The BL54LM20A and BL54LM20B are designed to cater to different needs within the development community. The BL54LM20A offers enhanced memory and I/O, making it suitable for larger applications and more complex designs. It features a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 application processor, a 128 MHz RISC-V coprocessor, 2 MB of non-volatile memory, and 512 KB of RAM. The BL54LM20B, on the other hand, adds an integrated Axon NPU, enabling developers to incorporate Edge AI capabilities into their projects.
The new modules also come with an expanded I/O set, multiple pre-certified antennas, and security features such as Secure Boot, Secure Firmware Update, and Secure Storage. The BL54LM20B's integrated NPU is designed to deliver up to 15 times faster AI inferencing compared to CPU processing alone, making it ideal for real-time, offline AI/ML inference tasks.
Ezurio's Jonathan Kaye, Vice President of Product Management and Marketing, highlighted the versatility of the new series.
The BL54LM20B also includes access to Nordic's Edge AI Lab and pre-trained Neuton models, facilitating quicker development and deployment of on-device AI models. The USB-C Adapter, which embeds the BL54LM20B module, is regulatory certified, enabling customers to reduce their risk and accelerate time to market.
The BL54LM20 series is ideal for a wide range of connected products, including predictive maintenance sensors, wearable and portable medical devices, factory automation and robotics, asset tracking, and smart building and commercial IoT devices. These modules support Bluetooth LE Core 6.x, 802.15.4 (Thread/Matter), and NFC, making them versatile for various applications.
Beta samples of the BL54LM20A and BL54LM20B are scheduled to ship in October, with development kit guides, datasheets, and schematics available now.
